Some records import after preparation. Some features need a different implementation. Some records may belong in an accessible archive. What can move depends on access to the source and on what is feasible, so exceptions and additional costs are documented before you approve the scope.

Shopify’s redirect tool has limits: it works from addresses that no longer load a page, and URLs with query strings may not redirect as expected. Where a redirect isn’t possible we agree another approach. Rankings can change after a platform move, so we don’t promise unchanged traffic or full redirect coverage. See our article on SEO considerations for ecommerce migration.

Not every requirement needs Shopify Plus, and not every one can be reproduced natively. We check what each requirement needs against the current Shopify plan features, then recommend a native feature, an app, development or a different plan.
The online store migration was seamless without having 0 downtime. The staff is properly trained, well communicated and proactive Highly recommended
Web commerce pros created a really lovely design for our website. They also changed the layout for our images and updated/resized images so that the site is overall much more attractive. We have been receiving a lot of positive feedback from customers on the ease of use and the overall look of our site. In addition, we are very grateful to Roy for coming up with a creative solution for allowing customers to easily create their own quotes, which has been very helpful to both our operations and our customers.
Arfat and team were proficient with BigCommerce Page Builder and Shogun to create and modify pages. We successfully completed the migration with their assistance and were happy with their work. We would hire again soon for our next project.

Typical coverage
The platform directory links to our detailed migration guides. We start by reviewing your actual store, its data and the functionality you need. If your platform is not listed, send us the website address so we can assess the available access and possible approach before confirming the scope.
No. Start with your store URL and what you want to change. We’ll identify the setup and explain what information is needed for a proper review. Passwords, API keys and customer files should not be sent through the public enquiry form; appropriate access is arranged separately.
Yes. We assess your required product behavior, customer journeys, connected systems and complete costs against the proposed setup. Shopify is not automatically the right destination for every business. If an important requirement needs a different approach, we explain that before agreeing the project.
Your proposal defines the records, storefront work, feature replacements, integrations, SEO preparation, testing and launch tasks included. A data transfer and a complete store rebuild are different scopes. We agree the requirements and responsibilities first, so you know what is being delivered and what is excluded.
We can assess recreating agreed parts of the existing design, customizing a Shopify theme or starting with a new theme. Your old platform’s theme code does not automatically run on Shopify. We agree the layouts, content and behavior to rebuild, including how they should work on mobile.
We review the accessible records, relationships and supported import methods, then agree what is included. Customer accounts, historical orders, review data and marketing consent are separate considerations. Any limitations or records better retained in an archive are documented rather than assumed to transfer unchanged.
We review what each important feature does and agree its Shopify implementation. The solution may be a native feature, a suitable app, an integration or scoped development. Copying the underlying data does not recreate the behavior, and any additional app costs or workflow changes are explained in the proposal.
We prepare Shopify separately while your current store continues trading. Before launch, we agree the cut-off, catalog changes, changing records and final updates. Any temporary restrictions are planned in advance. We then coordinate the switch and reconcile agreed late activity around launch.
It can. We inventory important URLs and content, map relevant Shopify destinations and test the supported redirect approach. Agreed metadata, internal links and indexing checks are included in the scope. Platform changes can affect rankings and traffic, so no responsible migration service can guarantee they remain unchanged.
The work depends on source access, catalog complexity, history, storefront requirements, integrations and testing. We review the store before proposing a price and schedule. The proposal distinguishes our project work from Shopify, theme, app and other third-party costs, with clear review points for your team.
Not automatically. We choose the destination plan from the functionality your business needs. B2B features, catalogs, checkout customization, staff access and other capabilities vary by plan. A large catalog or wholesale business does not by itself settle the decision; we check the current plan requirements during scoping.
Your proposal sets out the support period and the migration-related issues it covers, along with your handover and maintenance responsibilities. New features and unrelated development are separate scopes. We also agree which source records and services must remain available before anything is cancelled.
