Web commerce pros created a really lovely design for our website. They also changed the layout for our images and updated/resized images so that the site is overall much more attractive. We have been receiving a lot of positive feedback from customers on the ease of use and the overall look of our site. In addition, we are very grateful to Roy for coming up with a creative solution for allowing customers to easily create their own quotes, which has been very helpful to both our operations and our customers.
Stock problems cost sales, cash and time.
Best sellers run out
A stockout interrupts sales and ad delivery, and momentum can take time to rebuild.
Too much stock sits in FBA
Slow-moving and aged units tie up cash and can add storage and inventory fees.
Units are stuck or unsellable
Stranded, unfulfillable or short-received stock needs someone to find the cause and follow it up.
Nobody owns the follow-up
Supplier dates, 3PL shipments, receiving gaps and claims slip when they sit between teams.

FBA reimbursements and SAFE‑T claims are different processes.
FBA reimbursement support
For eligible inventory and fulfillment issues in Amazon’s network, such as units lost or damaged in a fulfillment center, receiving gaps or customer returns that never arrived.
- Review inventory records and existing reimbursements
- Gather supporting documents, such as invoices and shipment records
- Submit eligible cases within Amazon’s current time limits
- Track decisions and follow up
Amounts follow Amazon’s eligibility and valuation rules, not automatically the retail price.
SAFE-T claim support
Support with eligible seller-fulfilled refund disputes, including certain Amazon-issued refunds where the return circumstances meet SAFE‑T requirements. Eligibility depends on the program rules, the order, the refund and the supporting evidence.
- Review the order, refund and return history
- Gather evidence, such as tracking and photos from your team or 3PL
- Submit cases that meet the current program requirements
- Track decisions and follow up
SAFE‑T claims don’t cover FBA orders, and a refund you issue yourself doesn’t automatically qualify.

Results we’ve delivered for online businesses
What clients say about working with us
Webecommercepros are great web developers and good people. They moved our 1,000+ page website from our old platform to BigCommerce and did it fast and efficiently. They created all of our new artwork, 301 redirects, converted all of our products and more in record time at a very reasonable cost. We use them for all of our ongoing work like increasing load speed, updating our theme and shopping cart and site changes that we ask for. Highly recommend!
We were in desperate need to move from Volusion to Big commerce as Volusion was not keeping up with all the available apps and Big commerce is a much user friendly platform for a small business like ours. I was really worried about the cost but found Web Ecommerce Pros and it was the best decision we made. They gave us a reasonable price, one that we could afford to do the transition from Volusion to Big Commerce and their service was outstanding. Very responsive, listened to our needs and we were able to move to Big commerce and have our website up and running with no issue. Even after a week of having our website live if there were some glitches on a link or image etc they were still helping to fix those kinks. Highly recommend. They are a very professional team. Further more I am now waiting on a quote from them to help us set up our products on Amazon.
Amazon inventory management questions
The service
Inventory forecasting and reorder planning, FBA replenishment and shipment coordination, stock health and cost monitoring, discrepancy and eligible claims support, FBM order and return coordination, and coordination with suppliers, 3PLs and other channels. Your proposal confirms which of these are included.
We estimate demand from sales history, seasonality and planned promotions, then factor in production time, transit, receiving time and safety stock. We recommend when and how much to reorder, and separately what to send to FBA from stock you already have. You approve purchases and quantities, and the plan is reviewed as sales and lead times change.
Usually your product list and costs, stock in each location, supplier lead times and minimum order quantities, planned promotions, and access to the relevant Seller Central reports, either through authorized service-provider access with appropriate permissions or agreed secure report sharing. Please don’t send passwords or reports through the website form.
Yes. We coordinate shipment information, dispatch and receiving dates, and discrepancies with them. They stay responsible for the physical work under your agreement with them.
No. We manage planning, monitoring and coordination. Amazon, your 3PL or your prep center handles storage, preparation, packing, shipping and physical return inspection.
FBA stock & costs
Yes. We monitor the capacity limits and inventory performance measures shown in your account and plan shipments around them. Amazon sets the limits and scoring rules, so we help you work within them but can’t guarantee a particular score or capacity.
We identify the affected units, find the cause where possible, such as a listing problem, and recommend options like fixing the listing, adjusting price, or a removal or disposal. You approve any action that costs money or removes stock.
Yes. We review storage and inventory-related fees, show which products drive them and recommend actions for your approval. Amazon sets and changes its fee rules, so we work from Amazon’s current guidance, not fixed figures.
Yes, within scope. We track stock held in different locations and coordinate agreed updates for channels such as Shopify or Walmart. Automatic syncing needs an integration that is in place and included in your scope; otherwise updates are coordinated manually. Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment can be evaluated where it fits.
Orders, claims & cost
Where claims work is included in your scope, yes. We first check eligibility and any reimbursement Amazon has already made, then gather supporting documents, submit eligible cases and track the outcome. Eligibility, time limits and amounts follow Amazon’s current policy, and not every discrepancy is reimbursable.
FBA reimbursements cover eligible inventory issues in Amazon’s fulfillment network, such as lost or damaged units. SAFE-T claims are for eligible seller-fulfilled (FBM) refund disputes, including certain refunds Amazon issued on your behalf where the return circumstances meet the program requirements. A refund you issue yourself doesn’t automatically qualify, and SAFE-T doesn’t cover FBA orders.
Yes, as coordination. We monitor agreed order exceptions, follow up with your fulfillment partner on dispatch and tracking, and track return and refund issues. Your team or 3PL packs, ships and inspects returns.
Reporting frequency and format, monitoring coverage and how urgent issues are escalated are all agreed in your proposal.
It depends on the number of products, stock locations and sales channels, and which services are included. We send a quote once we’ve agreed the scope.
