How to Grant Us Access to Your Shopify Store

To help us get started on your project, we’ll need secure access to your Shopify backend. As a Shopify Partner, we request access through our official portal—but before we can do that, we need two pieces of information from you:

  1. Your store’s .myshopify.com URL

  2. The 4-digit collaborator access code

Please follow the steps below to locate this information:

✅ Step 1: Find Your .myshopify.com URL

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin.

  2. Click Settings (bottom-left corner of the screen).

  3. Click Domains.

  4. Locate the default domain that ends with .myshopify.com.

✅ Step 2: Find Your 4-Digit Collaborator Code

  1. Go back to Settings.

  2. Click  Users -> Security

  3. Your 4-digit collaborator request code will be displayed on this page.

📤 Send the Info to Us

Please copy both:

  • Your .myshopify.com URL

  • The 4-digit access code

...and send them to your assigned account manager.

Once we receive this info, we’ll request access to your store. You’ll get an email from Shopify prompting you to approve the request. Once approved, we’ll be able to begin work.
